Whether you’re joining us for a large event or a weekend getaway, we invite you to stay in our beautiful farmhouse rental. Built in 1804, our historic farmstead home has been meticulously cared-for and recently renovated, offering modern functionality and convenience while preserving American craftsmanship and charm.
The first floor offers a spacious living area with exposed beams, hardwood floors, and a stone fireplace, all accented with curated furniture and art. The piano and guitars aren’t just decor—jam all you want! There is a powder room/laundry room just off the kitchen.
There is a primary king bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower/bath, a second fireplace, and flowers peeking through every window.
The sun-drenched eat-in-kitchen is outfitted with the master chef in mind. Sliding glass doors open out to your private patio with a gas grill, shaded seating, and fire pit. Walk down the steps off the patio to a football field-sized private lawn where you can enjoy our furnished outdoor games or simply lay out a blanket and relish in feeling so far from city life—yet only 70 minutes from Manhattan.
Climb the stairs and transport yourself to a different time. The second floor oozes charm and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A second primary king bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a unique 4-poster bed. There is a second extra-large king bedroom and a queen bedroom. Enjoy a long bath in our vintage clawfoot tub in the upstairs shared bathroom.
Our dedicated yoga/workout room is fully supplied with yoga mats, blocks and straps, and a turbine rowing machine.
With 18 manicured acres of rolling fields, there’s plenty to explore at West Song Farm. Take a stroll through the hayfields on our cleared footpath to our private pond where you can lay on towels, have a cocktail as the sun sets, and even fish if you bring your own tackle!
Hikers can enjoy a lovely hour-long pasture walk that begins on our property and climbs slowly across town to Westtown Brew Works, a fabulous micro-brewery that serves wood-fired pizza!
As an added amenity, we offer private dining services catered by our farm manager/owner, an accomplished chef. We specialize in creating a personalized dining experience via open-fire, outdoor farm-to-table dinners with optional wine-pairings. We source produce from our own farm and most other ingredients from local livestock and dairy farmers.
